These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.three52.store, operated by AAK SARL in Luxembourg. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
All products sold by Three52 are 100% authentic and supplied in brand-new condition (referred to as “DS”). Every item is sourced through our trusted network of suppliers and checked by our team before it is sent to you. You can read more on our 100% Authentic page.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Because many of our items are limited releases sourced through our network, availability cannot always be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable. We confirm each order by email once it is placed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in brand-new condition and returned with its original packaging intact. Full details and the return address are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Brand names, logos and trademarks featured on the products and across the store remain the property of their respective owners. The Three52 name and marks belong to Three52 and may not be used without our permission.
We take care to describe and present our products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, Three52 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the store, beyond what applicable consumer law requires.
