Shipping costs

• Luxembourg: €3.80 for orders under €40, and FREE for orders over €40.
• International: €6.90 for neighbouring countries (France, Belgium, Germany).
• Other countries vary — the exact cost is shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our cut-off is 16:00 CET — orders placed before then are processed the same day, and orders placed after are processed the next day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

• Express 48h: 1–3 business days (Luxembourg).
• Standard: 3–5 business days (international).
• Items not marked “instock and ready to ship” take 3–15 business days.

Couriers

We ship with Post Luxembourg and DPD. Your tracking number is emailed to you after dispatch.

Damaged or lost

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. If your order is lost, please contact us immediately.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and double-boxed. Your refund is issued within 7 working days of the return arriving back with us. We do not provide return labels yet.
